In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team engagement. Your leadership will drive the success of the restaurant by managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining food quality, and fostering a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced dining setting. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction Manage and supervise staff including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and efficient team Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations and quality standards Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste using systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS Handle cash transactions accurately, reconcile registers, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed Implement staff training programs focused on food handling, customer service excellence, and safety procedures Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing sales data to maximize profitability Maintain a vibrant atmosphere by supervising shift management, resolving guest concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with supervising responsibilities in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food safety standards Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a food service setting Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, team management, and interviewing prospective employees Background in managing kitchen operations, food production, catering services or banquet events is highly desirable Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally and efficiently Familiarity with hotel or bar environments including barista or coffee experience is advantageous Valid knowledge of health regulations related to food handling and safety practices within the hospitality industry Join us as we create memorable dining experiences through passionate leadership!
