We are seeking a Front of House Manager who will bring the energy, lead by example, and make every guest experience unforgettable! H8 RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform as Manager on Duty Supervise team members' guest service performance Manage Front of House experience Ensure the front of the house is clean and organized Develop systems to run an efficient guest experience Expense management of labor, inventory, and costs of goods sold Continuously work with team members to improve performance Diffuse guest concerns

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of five years restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment experience Minimum of two years management experience Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule Must follow

COMPENSATION

Salaried position ($50,000-$68,000/year) Bonus program up to $5,000/quarter Medical plan Retirement savings plan with employer match Paid time off, paid maternity leave, and paid holiday to spend time with friends and family including Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day Free and discounted entertainment Meal compensation plan Free bowling, duckpin, arcade play, and axe throwing

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40lbs Must be able to stand for 4-6 hours at a time Must be comfortable in an occasionally loud atmosphere
