Position Summary The Deli Manager will oversee the daily operation of the deli while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, organization, and food safety. Schedule Approximately 40 hours per week Typical shift: 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Rotating Saturdays required Sundays off Responsibilities Prepare and serve fresh deli menu items Deliver exceptional customer service Maintain food quality and presentation standards Operate kitchen and deli equipment safely Monitor food safety and sanitation procedures Receive, stock, and rotate inventory Maintain a clean and organized work environment Help train and support team members Assist with opening and closing procedures Work closely with the owners to help build a successful new business Qualifications Friendly, dependable, and professional Positive attitude with strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail Food service experience preferred but not required Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus What We Offer $18.00 per hour Paid training Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth as the business grows The chance to be part of Vriende's founding team and help build something exceptional for the Benson community Interview Information Selected applicants will be contacted to schedule interviews August 11-14 .
