This is not a passive management position — this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes ownership and executes.
Who We Are:

We don't operate with layers of management or heavy bureaucracy — we're hands-on, move quickly, and take pride in getting things done. This role is a great fit for someone who naturally takes ownership, steps in to solve problems without waiting to be asked, and works with a strong sense of urgency. We're a close team that values doing things the right way, and we're looking for someone who aligns with our core values: Sense of Ownership, Humility, Integrity and Professionalism, Problem Solving, Sense of Urgency, and Accountability.
