Bar Manager Champlin, MN 55316 From $17 an hour - Part-time, Full-time From $17 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bar Manager to lead our vibrant bar team and elevate the guest experience. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Your leadership will drive the success of our bar, foster a positive team environment, and ensure smooth service during all shifts. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to showcase their management skills in a fast-paced, lively setting. Duties Supervise and coordinate all bar operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring efficient service delivery Lead staff training and development to uphold service standards, product knowledge, and food safety protocols Oversee food preparation and beverage service, ensuring quality control and presentation meet company standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Operate POS systems for accurate cash handling and sales tracking Enforce health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service to maintain compliance with local laws Monitor customer interactions to ensure excellent service, resolve issues promptly, and enhance guest satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with bar experience Demonstrated supervising experience with team leadership skills in a hospitality setting Knowledge of POS systems for sales processing and cash handling Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety management practices Excellent communication skills for staff training, interviewing potential team members, and customer interactions Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Previous hotel or banquet experience is a plus; culinary experience is highly valued Passion for hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence Join us as a Bar Manager where your leadership fuels memorable experiences!
