Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations in the front-of-house area, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of food service and customer satisfaction. Duties Supervise front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support personnel to ensure smooth daily operations Coordinate reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize service efficiency and guest experience Oversee food and beverage service standards, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols Train new team members on food handling, customer service techniques, and restaurant policies Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and provide coaching to foster a motivated team environment Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all front-of-house activities Support event planning such as banquets or catering functions by coordinating logistics and staffing needs Promote a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and continuous improvement Qualifications Proven management experience in food service or restaurant management roles with supervising responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, food preparation, and food handling safety protocols Strong background in hospitality management and customer service excellence Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage shift operations effectively Familiarity with restaurant experience including serving standards and barista or coffee experience is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary considerations within the food industry Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Front of House Manager where your passion for hospitality will shine!
