We're hiring a General Manager for a Pizza Hut in Duluth, MN. What You'll Do Own the full operation of your restaurant: sales, profitability, labor, food cost, and guest satisfaction Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team, including shift leaders and assistant managers Drive operational excellence in speed, quality, cleanliness, and brand standards Build a positive, high-energy culture where team members want to stay and grow Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and P&L performance Partner with your area leadership to hit goals and grow the business What We're Looking For 2+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a GM or strong Assistant GM ready to step up (QSR or pizza delivery experience a plus) Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results on sales, labor, and cost controls Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation What We Offer Base salary of $60,000
