The Assistant General Manager is responsible for aiding in the overall operations of Thirty North LLC with direction from the General Manager. They ensure guests enjoy experiences, lead smooth and efficient services, support beverage inventory, ordering, and purchasing and staff training. Who We Are Sanjusan is an upscale Japanese Italian restaurant focused on handcrafted pizza and pasta with Japanese flavor influences. We curate an experience for every type of guest with our expressive beverage list, unique food pairings and music that always sets the vibe. Kado No Mise is a renowned two time James Beard Nominated Edomae Japanese restaurant by Head Chef Shigeyuki Furukawa. As a Goodwill Ambassador for Japanese Cuisine, Shigeyuki Furukawa emphasizes on seasonality, precision and sourcing only the highest quality ingredients available to create an unforgettable omakase experience.   • take full responsibility for everything that happens during prep and service Work the Floor
  • be present and engaged during service, moving throughout the restaurant and serving staff and guests. This job requires you to be on the floor and present 90% of the time. Lead by Example
