This premium leadership role rewards top-tier execution with an incredibly lucrative compensation package, including base pay, performance bonuses, and guest tips. We manage the luxury hospitality experience as a trusted third-party contractor, and we need a leader who commands excellence.

Operational Command :
Ability to manage high-volume premium valet, parking logistics, and guest relations simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily valet and front-drive operations at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel. Train, mentor, and hold accountable a team of guest service and valet attendants. Ensure seamless, elite-level customer service that aligns with luxury hotel expectations. Manage scheduling, logistics, and frontline problem-solving during peak hotel events. Requirements Proven management experience in a luxury hospitality, fine dining, or premium service environment. Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, during the onboarding phase.
