  • We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our establishment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Bar / Cocktail industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive the restaurant's success. Pre-set weekly schedule, 4-5 Closing shifts per week. Must work Weekends. We are here to provide a positive work environment, one that supports new ideas and fosters creativity. We look forward to meeting the right candidate.
  • Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and bartenders
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality to meet restaurant standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant profitability
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service, food handling, and safety protocols
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries
  • Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Experience
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
  • Strong understanding of food management, catering, and banquet operations
  • Ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively
  • Proficient in training development and staff training techniques
