  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment
  • Strong preference for internal promote
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must pass background check
  • Must have reliable transportation As a Restaurant General Manager, you must take ownership in the operations of the store by providing leadership, training and consistent decision-making skills while taking the initiative to recruit dedicated staff and generate increased sales/profit at the store.
