Job Description
General Manager 425 Cherry Street, Chillicothe, MO 64601 From $17.50 an hour - Full-time From $17.50 an hour - Full-time One position available for general manager of Shooter's Taproom & Kitchen in Chillicothe, Missouri. This is a working manager position which will include serving and working in the kitchen amongst other duties related to management. The following are duties that will be the responsibilities of the position, but are not limited to these: Working as a server/bartender (includes tips) Working in the kitchen (includes cooking, prep, dishwashing, etc) Inventory management and ordering supplies Scheduling staff Handling customer complaints, reservations and other needs Assisting with catering Managing the staff and covering open shifts Opening or closing the restaurant when needed Social media and public relations Promoting the business and being a "face" in the community Shooter's is a fast paced, busy restaurant and we are looking for a clean, friendly, motivated and experienced person to help grow our business. Applicant will be required to work 40 hours per week with most weekends. Must have a valid driver's license and dependable childcare (if applicable). Prefer applicant to have at least 2 years of management experience and 2 years of food service experience. This is a hourly based position which will include tips on occasion.
