General Manager — JT's Diner Chillicothe, Missouri | Full-Time | $60,000 Salary + Tips & Bonus Opportunity - 6 Digit Opportunity JT's Diner has big plans, and we're looking for the right person to help us take the next step. This is probably the most important hire we'll make in a while. We need someone who takes pride in what they do, knows how to lead people, holds high standards, and wants to build something they can be proud of. We're a locally owned diner with exciting things in motion, and the right person will have a real seat at the table as we continue to grow. What you'll do

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the diner, from opening routines and the morning rush to closing responsibilities.
• Build, lead, and develop a dependable team that takes pride in serving great food and taking care of customers.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and overall execution.
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, ordering, and day-to-day operating costs.
• Help drive sales, improve profitability, and make smart decisions for the business.
• Help grow our catering business and execute catering orders, which may require a flexible schedule and hours outside our normal operating day.
• Bring ideas to the table, solve problems, and help turn our plans for JT's Diner into reality.

Who we're looking for We want a leader, not just someone to fill a management position. You're dependable, hardworking, organized, and comfortable holding people accountable. You know how to treat employees with respect while maintaining high expectations. You take initiative, solve problems instead of making excuses, and understand that the little things add up to a great restaurant. Previous restaurant management or kitchen experience is helpful, but prior General Manager experience is not required. We're more interested in finding the right person with the leadership, character, work ethic, and drive to succeed. Compensation and benefits
