Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented General Manager to join our team in Fenton, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Lead and manage all store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and team developmentEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standardsManage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitabilityOversee cash handling and maintain accurate financial recordsDrive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and community engagementProvide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptlyMaintain store cleanliness and adherence to brand standardsCollaborate with upper management to implement new initiatives and achieve company goalsMonitor and analyze store performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve operationsFoster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfactionQualificationsProven leadership experience in food service or retail managementStrong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and customersProficiency in math and analytical thinking for inventory management and cost controlDemonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environmentComputer literacy, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management softwareStrong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding expectationsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of food safety regulations and best practicesHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education in business management is a plusPassion for the food service industry and enthusiasm for the Domino's brand
