Captain D's is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a A ssistant manager As a Assistant Manager, you will play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for every guest. You will provide excellent customer service, support daily restaurant operations, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, and work as part of a team to deliver Captain D's hospitality. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, helping customers, and being part of a great team, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all guests. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve food according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant. Follow food safety and operational procedures. Work collaboratively with team members and management. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Support a positive and welcoming environment for guests and coworkers. Certified Guest Specialists may assist with training and coaching team members. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work as part of a team. Restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Requirements Must be at least 16 years old. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Schedule Day shift Evening shift Weekend availability Holiday availability as needed

$17.50 - $18.50 per hour
