Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations at our Florissant, United States location (12317 Old Halls Ferry). In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving organizational success through strategic planning, operational excellence, and team development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong decision-making capabilities, financial acumen, and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve organizational objectives.

Oversee all operational aspects of the location, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies and proceduresDevelop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive business growth and profitabilityManage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability to ensure fiscal responsibilityLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive workplace cultureMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actionsEnsure exceptional customer satisfaction by establishing service standards and maintaining strong customer relationshipsRepresent the organization professionally in community engagement and stakeholder communicationsImplement and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company protocolsIdentify and capitalize on business development opportunities to expand market presence and revenue streamsConduct regular performance reviews and support career development initiatives for team membersQualificationsProven track record of successfully leading teams and driving organizational performanceStrong financial management skills, including budget development, P&L analysis, and cost controlExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence othersStrategic thinking and visionary leadership capabilitiesDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilitiesProficiency in time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of relevant industry practices and operational standardsAbility to make decisive decisions and take accountability for outcomesProficiency with business management software and data analysis toolsStrong organizational and planning skills
