General Manager The Station at Sawyers Landing

The Station at Sawyers Landing is looking for a strong, hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team, improve systems, and help drive continued growth across our café, catering, and event operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, operations, and guest experience. We're looking for a leader who enjoys being actively involved in daily operations and team success. Responsibilities Lead daily front and back of house operations Hire, train, coach, and develop team members Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing efficiency Maintain a positive culture and uphold company core values Oversee customer experience and resolve issues professionally Work alongside leadership on systems implementation and operational improvements Monitor performance metrics, labor costs, waste, and profitability Coordinate with catering, events, and lodging teams Ensure cleanliness, consistency, food quality, and service standards Help scale operations as Sawyers Landing continues to grow What We're Looking For Hospitality, restaurant, or café management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to problem solve quickly and stay organized Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed Experience managing teams, schedules, and customer service Experience with inventory, ordering, or operations management is a plus Comfortable working weekends and occasional evenings Why Join Us?
