This leadership role is responsible for overseeing bar operations, cocktail service, lounge service, and service standards while driving revenue, controlling costs, and developing a high-performing team. The position focuses on bar and guest service operations rather than full restaurant or kitchen management. Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day bar and beverage service operations. Recruit, train, coach, and develop bartenders and service team members. Create and maintain exceptional service standards that align with Hilton and hotel expectations. Monitor beverage quality, presentation, inventory, and guest satisfaction. Manage schedules, labor costs, and departmental productivity. Implement controls to maximize profitability and minimize waste. Assist with beverage menu development, promotions, and specialty events. Ensure compliance with all liquor laws, responsible alcohol service practices, and company policies. Review guest feedback and proactively address service opportunities. Partner with hotel leadership to support events, group business, and overall guest satisfaction. Serve as a visible leader, supporting operations during peak periods and special events. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory calculations Experience with food safety management programs and maintaining high standards of hygiene Demonstrated ability in team management, staff training & development, and supervising hospitality teams Knowledge of restaurant management practices including shift management, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food industry standards Excellent communication skills for managerial communication with staff and customers alike Previous assistant manager or managerial experience within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a lively environment Qualifications Previous bar management, beverage management, or hospitality leadership experience required. Strong knowledge of beverage operations, inventory management, and cost controls. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. Excellent guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require. Familiarity with
TOAST POS
