Duties Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to ensure quality and safety compliance. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Supervise daily shift operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Implement food safety protocols and ensure adherence to health regulations across all kitchen and dining areas. Conduct staff training sessions on food production, customer service skills, and managerial communication. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction. Coordinate catering events, banquet services, or special promotions to enhance guest experiences. Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership, interviewing prospective team members, and managing hospitality teams. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food industry standards. Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within casual dining or fine dining settings. Demonstrated expertise in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS along with cash handling procedures. Strong supervisory experience with team training & development, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations. Knowledge of food safety management practices including HACCP protocols and health department regulations. Experience managing budgets, conducting inventory control, and performing profit & loss analysis. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service. Familiarity with catering operations or banquet management is a plus.
