Consistent Sunday location closures. Key Responsibilities Manage labor, food, and beverage costs to maximize profitability. Drive revenue and oversee payroll and administrative forecasting. Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, cooks, and hosts. Maintain high morale and service standards. Champion an upscale standard of hospitality, actively engaging with guests and resolving issues with professionalism. Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations, inventory control, vendor ordering, and strict compliance with health and liquor regulations. What You'll Bring 3-5+ years of successful experience as a Restaurant General Manager or AGM in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or upscale lounge. Live entertainment venue experience is a plus. Strong experience managing P&L statements, inventory systems, and labor scheduling.
