JOB SUMMARY

Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for all restaurant operations including budgeting, maintaining food and labor costs, overseeing training and recruiting staff. The GM will provide leadership to employees in all aspects of a single restaurant. The position reports to the District Manager and may supervise up to 30+ employees with direct responsibility. Denny's will provide training in our brand, and we will work with you to learn more about America's Diner.

Restaurant Manager:

As an RM you will be responsible for all restaurant operations during a shift. Assist with overseeing staff, training, recruiting and maintaining a good work environment and providing excellent customer service and great food.

SKILLS NEEDED

Overall knowledge of restaurant operations, excellent customer service, ability to lead and supervise staff, good communication skills, budgeting food & labor costs, good people skills, cooking skills a plus. Training and recruiting team members and dealing with guest services.
