• Manage store staff,
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels
• Supervise cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales Experience
• Proven experience in retail management
• Proficiency in retail math and sales techniques
• Strong time management skills
• Familiarity with cash register operations
• Ability to interview, train, and supervise staff
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences
