Supreme Cuisine is hiring a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead industrial food manufacturing operations producing sauces, beef tallow, broths, stocks, and other food products. This is NOT a traditional restaurant Kitchen Manager position. We need a strong production leader who can take ownership of the floor, lead employees, execute the production schedule, solve problems quickly, reduce downtime and waste, enforce food safety standards, and drive results. If you are an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and believes managers should be on the floor leading—not sitting in an office—we want to talk to you. What You'll Own Lead daily kitchen and industrial food production operations. Manage, train, coach, and develop production employees. Execute daily production schedules and adjust staffing as needed. Oversee batch cooking, mixing, heating, ingredient preparation, tanks, kettles, transfers, and changeovers. Ensure approved recipes, formulas, batch sheets, and SOPs are followed accurately. Monitor cooking times, temperatures, yields, production output, downtime, and waste. Drive labor efficiency and effective equipment utilization. Identify bottlenecks and take immediate action to keep production moving. Ensure accurate production and food safety documentation. Maintain strong GMP, sanitation, allergen control, and traceability standards. Support compliance with applicable USDA, FDA, SQF, SOP, and SSOP requirements. Partner with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, Human Resources, and plant leadership. Conduct employee coaching, performance management, and accountability. Food manufacturing Industrial kitchen operations Large-scale batch cooking Sauce manufacturing Broth or stock production Beef tallow or rendering Meat or protein processing USDA-regulated production SQF-certified manufacturing Industrial tanks and kettles High-volume food production Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of cooking, food production, food manufacturing, or related experience. Strong leadership and employee management skills. Ability to read and follow detailed recipes, formulas, batch sheets, and production instructions. Strong math skills, including ratios, percentages, quantities, conversions, and yields. Knowledge of cooking times and temperatures. Basic sanitation and food safety knowledge. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work varied hours based on production needs.
