Job Description
As a Shift Manager, you'll support the restaurant's day-to-day operations and help create a positive and productive environment. You'll coach team members, ensure food safety, and drive service excellence on your shift.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support team members during your shift Ensure guest satisfaction through high standards of service and quality Handle shift-related paperwork, cash handling, and deposits Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Train and coach team members Monitor shift performance and communicate with leadership
Qualifications:
6+ months of QSR or retail experience Ability to lead a team with enthusiasm and fairness Dependable and self-motivated ServSafe certification is a plus
