• operates all over the Kansas City metro area, bringing delicious Korean American Fast Food to our fans!

Our new Raytown location is operated from a food trailer parked in our backyard and set up for DoorDash delivery + pick-up service + indoor/outdoor seating area. We need 3 more crew members to join our operation to help the business flow to match with our growing audience. A servesafe managers certification is preferred. It would be ideal to have at least 2 years of managerial experience We started operating with one of our units (food trailer) in 2023, and we've been growing fast & steady ever since. We have a lot of repeat customers who bring their friends to share their unique experience (you will hear a lot of 'thank you's and 'omg's!)

Here are some daily tasks you will have to handle as a General Manager 1. Attend different events in different locations all over the KC metro area in our Burger Bus. We go to conventions and pop ups including Naka Kon, etc so convention entry is generally offered to you for free as a manager and for your friends/family in some cases. 2. Customer Service for our guests at our Raytown location and/or GOCHEW Burger Bus that roams around everywhere in the KC Metro area! 3. Prepping food at our commissary kitchen including sauces and marinated meats(our Raytown building) 4. Cleaning, dish washing, etc 5. Scheduling contractors, ordering stock, creating prep lists, organize attending pop ups and events with other businesses. 6. You must be able to legally drive and be comfortable learning how to drive a food truck. What's cool about

(game) IRL. Very straightforward, you drive to the event, get set up, then start serving and then you're done! We cook all food fresh to order. 2. We will be travelling from KCMO to Independence, Raytown, Shawnee, Overland Park, Blue Springs, Grain Valley, etc, every day will be a little bit different and fun!
