Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shift Manager to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a Shift Manager you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. Duties Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math skills. Perform stocking duties to ensure merchandise is readily available for customers. Assist in supervising staff when necessary, providing guidance on best practices in customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant space to enhance the shopping experience. Utilize math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with merchandising strategies. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on experience Basic math skills are essential for processing transactions accurately. Supervising experience is beneficial for those looking to take on leadership responsibilities within the team.
