Job DescriptionJob Description Wingstop - Vibe Restaurants is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. This position will report to the General Manager. We need a leader who can ensure our team works together to achieve the highest standards in food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness. What You'll Do
Lead Shift Operations:
You'll be a hands-on manager, completing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions.
Drive Performance:
You'll ensure our standard operating procedures are followed and maintain a sense of urgency to increase speed of service. You'll also be responsible for monitoring and managing daily labor, sales, and food costs.
Support Team Development:
You'll help train and coach team members, providing feedback and supporting the accountability process. You'll also assist with screening applicants during the recruiting process. What You'll Need You must be at least 18 years oldA high school diploma or equivalent is recommendedOne to two years of supervisory experience in food service is recommendedStrong leadership and organizational skills are essential. You should be able to prioritize tasks, delegate work, and solve problemsYou should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Physical Requirements & Work Environment This is a fast-paced role where you will be on your feet frequently, walking and standing. You must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds. You may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
