This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in leading by example. As the bridge between the front and back of house, you'll oversee ticket flow, coordinate service, support the culinary team, and help maintain the high standards expected in our upscale dining experience. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and skill set. Responsibilities Manage the expo line and coordinate ticket flow during service. Ensure all dishes meet presentation, quality, and timing standards. Communicate effectively between kitchen and front-of-house teams. Supervise kitchen staff and maintain productivity throughout each shift. Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members. Monitor food quality, portion consistency, and recipe execution. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance. Help manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization. Resolve service issues quickly while maintaining a calm, professional environment. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as an Expo, Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to consistency. Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
