Full Job Description About Us:
Located in historic and vibrant St. Louis Union Station and just steps away from Energizer Park, we're a destination in our own right. From soccer fans to corporate lunch rush to wedding parties, this is a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-energy environment. Our team is passionate, driven, and serious about hospitality. We create standout experiences with every plate and pour, and we're looking for a Floor Manager who's ready to jump in and lead the way.
The Role:
As a Floor Manager, you'll be the face of hospitality on the floor. You'll inspire your team, connect with guests, and make sure every shift runs with purpose and positivity. You'll partner with the General Manager and fellow leaders to keep operations tight and vibes high.
What You'll Do:
Lead from the front — set the tone and the pace for top-notch service. Support, coach, and empower the front-of-house team to give every guest a standout experience. Be the go-to problem solver and create calm in the chaos. Help recruit, train, and mentor new team members. Keep the floor flowing by communicating clearly with the kitchen and bar. Monitor labor and inventory to help keep the business strong and efficient. Uphold cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards at all times. Lead pre-shifts with energy, clarity, and a sense of purpose. Support sales goals by encouraging upselling and highlighting seasonal features.
Who You Are:
2+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred, but not required if you've got the hustle and leadership chops). A calm, confident leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. Passionate about hospitality and team-building. Comfortable with tech tools like POS systems and scheduling software. A collaborative spirit — you know great service takes every department working in sync. Available nights & weekends — our busiest and best times.
What We Offer:
A high-energy, high-volume environment with a strong sense of team. Career growth in a company that promotes from within. A chance to lead in one of St. Louis's most iconic locations. Competitive pay, benefits, and perks. Overtime eligibility after 40 hours/week! Come lead where history meets hospitality. If you've got the passion, the presence, and the people skills to make every shift a success, we'd love to meet you. Apply now and let's talk.
