- $75,000-$80,000 base salary

- Paid Time Off Restaurant General Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities
- Full-service restaurant management experience required
- Recent General Manager experience
- Catering experience required
- Lead all front and back of house operations
- Manage hiring, training, coaching, and development of team members
- Drive guest satisfaction and service standards
- Maintain labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
- Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and financial performance
- Experience with P&L management and achieving profitability goals
- Foster a positive culture built on accountability and teamwork
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are maintained
- Passion for craft cocktails and beverage programs is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment and lead by example
