Marketing & Brand Manager - Restaurant / Bar / Hospitality Confidential St. Louis, MO Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $65,000 a year 19 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Employee discount Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Social media management TikTok Facebook Instagram Digital design Full Job Description Job Summary A high-volume restaurant, bar, and nightlife venue in St. Louis is looking for a creative, organized, and self-starting Marketing & Brand Manager to help grow our brand, drive traffic, and keep our business active and visible across digital, social, and in-person channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands hospitality, nightlife, events, social media, and local marketing. We are looking for someone who can create content, manage promotions, coordinate campaigns, and help bring energy and consistency to how we present ourselves to the public.
Responsibilities include:
Creating and managing social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms Planning and promoting events, specials, themed nights, and seasonal campaigns Capturing photo and video content on-site Writing captions, promotional copy, email content, and event descriptions Managing a content calendar Working with management to develop marketing ideas that drive weekday, weekend, food, drink, and event traffic Coordinating with DJs, event partners, vendors, staff, and outside promoters when needed Helping maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity Tracking what is working and making practical adjustments Being present during key business hours when needed to capture content and understand the customer experience The right candidate should be: Creative, organized, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant/bar environment Strong with social media, especially short-form video A good writer with an eye for design and presentation Able to take direction but also bring new ideas to the table Professional, responsive, and able to follow through Interested in hospitality, nightlife, events, food, drinks, and local culture Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, photography, video editing, paid ads, or event promotion is a plus. This position may be part-time or full-time depending on experience and availability. Compensation will be based on experience and skill.
