Job Description

Bar Manager - Gulf Shores Restaurant & Grill St. Peters, MO Gulf Shores Restaurant & Grill is looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Bar Manager to lead our bar team and help create an unforgettable guest experience. We are a high-volume Cajun and seafood restaurant known for our handcrafted cocktails, vibrant atmosphere, and Southern hospitality. If you are passionate about bartending, leadership, and building a strong team culture, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar operations in a fast-paced environment Train, coach, and lead bartenders and bar staff Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Work alongside the team during busy shifts and events
Qualifications:
Previous bar management experience required Strong knowledge of cocktails, liquor, beer, and wine High-volume restaurant/bar experience preferred Leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
