Full-time We are seeking two experienced Restaurant Managers, with one manager needed at each of the following locations: Irma Jean's 2109 Charbonier Rd. Florissant, MO 63031 Cooper's American Pub and Grill. 6632 Mexico Rd. St. Peters, MO 63376 We are looking for hands-on leaders who lead by example, are passionate about hospitality, and know how to build and motivate a strong team. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience, responsibilities, and weekly hours worked. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. Lead, coach, and develop front of house and back of house employees. Handle onboarding and training of new team members. Ensure exceptional guest service and professionally resolve customer concerns. Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and health department compliance. Monitor labor, food, and operating costs to help maximize profitability. Assist with inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships. Enforce company policies and maintain a positive, professional work environment. Work alongside the team during busy shifts and lead by example. Help create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and outstanding customer service. Qualifications Minimum of one year of restaurant management experience required. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Experience in a full-service restaurant preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision. Must be able to manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant independently while communicating with and consulting upper management when appropriate. Must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands. Must be willing and able to step into any front of house or back of house position when needed.
