•We're looking for energized, passionate, and driven individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us. We have breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts available for full or part time. Ideal candidates are comfortable working in an often fast-paced environment, who enjoy engaging with customers and being a part of a team, and who possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. We are looking for talented and professional individuals that are a good fit for the level of service we will provide our guests. As a FOH Manager, you're responsible for the execution of your shift by following our standards and supervising our team in an energetic environment. A successful manager will ensure that everything is in order from the stocking of service stations to staffing levels to maintaining clean restrooms. No two days are alike and no matter how busy things may get: we are a group of people who promote teamwork, encourage a fun work environment, and share common goals of creating signature dishes for our guests.

Job Requirements:

Build a rapport with guests. There is one extremely important skill restaurant managers have to be excellent at, and that building a relationship with our guests. The aim is to create a dining experience that keeps guests returning. Promote a team environment by fostering respect, recognizing achievements, resolving employee concerns and communicating effectively. Empower our team by always explaining the "why" and effectively coaching and providing feedback. Dedicated to quality, consistency, and exceptional customer service. Be prepared and ready to learn. This requires you to come to work on time and ready to work with a "Get it done" attitude. You are eager to learn new duties and responsibilities to advance your career.

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
