ABOUT THE POSITION

As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to help lead the restaurant team and oversee day-to-day operations. You will play an important role in creating a positive environment for both our employees and guests while ensuring restaurant standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities include:

Managing restaurant shifts and supervising team members Supporting the General Manager with daily restaurant operations Cash handling and cash control procedures Understanding key P&L factors and helping manage restaurant costs Assisting with employee training, coaching, and employee relations Ensuring employees follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards Maintaining high standards for food quality, customer service, and restaurant cleanliness Helping build and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Ideal candidates will have: 1-3 years of restaurant management experience A strong work ethic and desire to succeed The ability to lead and motivate a team Strong communication and customer service skills The ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment A team-player mentality with a focus on quality and results A willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibility
