Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team to success! Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures Supervise and train staff on food preparation, customer service, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols Oversee inventory control, food handling, and kitchen management to ensure optimal stock levels and quality standards Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety management and sanitation standards Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules, supervising team performance, and resolving customer concerns promptly Lead staff training initiatives focused on food production, culinary techniques, hospitality management, and team leadership Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience within the food industry or casual dining settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety programs Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, staff training & development, interviewing, and performance evaluation Knowledge of catering, banquet service, bar operations, or food production is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage hospitality operations effectively Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding dining experiences!
