30-40 hrs | Sundays Off | Benefits | Growth Opportunity Crumbl is hiring a Shift Manager to help lead daily operations and run a variety of shifts across our bakery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading from the front, and may be looking to grow into higher-level leadership. Shift Managers work closely with store leadership to ensure strong execution, team accountability, and consistent production throughout the day. Schedule & Availability 30-40 hrs Shifts run from 6am-11pm, Monday-Saturday Closed Sundays — guaranteed weekend day off What You'll Do Lead and run shifts independently Supervise and support a team of bakers Assign stations and manage workflow Ensure production stays on pace (dough, baking, frosting) Maintain quality and food safety standards Provide excellent customer service Train and coach team members Support opening, closing, and daily operations Growth Opportunity High-performing Shift Managers have the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Manager role , with expanded responsibility in areas such as: Staffing and scheduling support Training and performance accountability Labor awareness Operational leadership We promote from within whenever possible.
