The Lyric Hotel (Trademark Collection by Wyndham) in Cleveland, Mississippi is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all hotel operations. The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day success of the property — guest satisfaction, team leadership, brand standards, and financial performance — reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities Oversee all departments:

front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage/banquets Maintain Wyndham Trademark brand standards and quality assurance readiness Manage budgets, P&L, payroll, and cost controls Drive revenue through rate management, group and event business Hire, train, schedule, and coach department managers and staff Handle guest concerns and ensure consistently excellent guest experience Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ownership Requirements 3+ years of hotel management experience (General Manager or Assistant GM preferred) Full-service or event/banquet experience a plus PMS experience required (OPERA Cloud a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills Available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid holidays off Paid time off Phone allowance Employee benefits
