About the Role The Food Service Manager is responsible for all aspects of the school dining operation, including: Menu planning and food production Oversight of daily operations and special events Maintaining excellent client relations Managing budgets, purchasing, and P&L performance Ideal Candidate Profile You'll thrive in this position if you: Have culinary or food service management experience Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and creativity Are skilled at developing and motivating a team Have experience with purchasing, food production, and P&L management (Preferred, not required) Have experience in contract-managed food service environments Are proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications Why Join MMI / Zest Culinary Services?
