Job Description

Description We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team, maintain high-quality food standards, and ensure efficient kitchen operations. You will train, supervise, and inspire kitchen staff while maintaining sanitation, quality, and cost controls across all outlets. As a Concord Leader you will be responsible to: Inspire greatness in your team. Encourage and support team members to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
Train, supervise, and evaluate all kitchen associates, including utility and sanitation staff Write schedules, manage staffing, and ensure adequate coverage for all kitchen operations Maintain high-quality food preparation, plating, and service, including banquet operations Monitor kitchen costs, labor, and food usage to meet budget goals Enforce sanitation and safety standards in all kitchen areas Prepare and maintain recipe cards, presentation guides, and documentation Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain standards and resolve issues Ensure communication and coordination between kitchen and banquet operations Participate in meetings, MOD program, and cross-department collaboration Hire, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff while managing performance evaluations Operate all kitchen equipment safely and effectively Ensure procurement, inventory, and storage practices adhere to corporate guidelines Maintain professional conduct and uphold Concord Hospitality's high standards
Qualifications:
