In this role, you'll be ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience from the moment they walk in. Your leadership will drive smooth operations, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Duties Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including seating arrangements, reservations, and guest flow management. Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure top-notch service delivery. Manage customer interactions with professionalism and warmth, addressing concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and maintain high standards of food presentation and quality. Maintain inventory control for front-of-house supplies and assist with ordering to ensure smooth service flow. Enforce food safety standards and health regulations across all front-of-house activities, including supervising food handling procedures. Experience Proven management experience in a restaurant environment, preferably with casual dining or fine dining backgrounds. Strong background in food service management, including supervising staff and managing restaurant operations. Experience in customer service roles within the food industry, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management is a plus. Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively, manage shifts efficiently, and handle budgeting responsibilities.
