Job Description

Food Truck Manager We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Food Truck Manager to lead one of our food truck teams. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and is comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a 3-person team while operating the food truck Drive a large food truck to and from scheduled locations Ensure food quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety Stock and organize the truck for daily operations Handle opening, closing, and daily operational tasks Assist with basic troubleshooting and minor mechanical issues when needed
Qualifications:
Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated Strong work ethic and positive attitude Leadership or management experience preferred Comfortable driving a large vehicle (training available for the right candidate) Clean driving record required Must be able to pass a background check Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required Food service experience is not required
Schedule & Travel:
Truck operates Tuesday through Saturday Manager will work approximately 3-4 days per week Travel is required, including some overnight travel Schedule may vary depending on location and events Pay is heavily tip based The most important qualities we're looking for are reliability, accountability, and someone who genuinely cares about doing quality work. Pay:
Up to $85,000.00 per year Application Question(s): As part of the hiring process, we will conduct both a motor vehicle record (MVR) check and a criminal background check. Do you have a valid driver's license, a driving record that will meet our insurance requirements, and the ability to pass a background check? This role requires extended shifts (up to 16 hours), frequent travel throughout Montana and Idaho, and occasional overnight stays away from home.
