You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment, and driving overall business success. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our valued guests

Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the restaurant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. Oversee operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure that the restaurant consistently meets and exceeds service, quality, and cleanliness standards. Work with the management team to manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with the Chef and culinary team. Maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing concerns and feedback to enhance their experience. Work with the management team to drive marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts to promote the restaurant and attract new customers. Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations and best practices. Strive for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and operational enhancements.

About You:

1+ years of management experience is preferred. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions. Very organized individual with great time management skills. Outstanding communication and guest service skills.
