Cary, NC Join Our Grand Opening Leadership Team Bubbakoo's Burritos is looking for a strong Shift Manager to help lead our new Cary location. We are seeking a dependable, hands-on leader who can build a positive team culture, deliver exceptional guest service, and maintain high operational standards every shift. This is not a sit-back-and-supervise position. Our Shift Managers lead by example, work alongside the team, and take ownership of restaurant performance. Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally Maintain food quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times Execute opening and closing procedures accurately Train, coach, and develop team members Hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, and company standards Manage labor efficiently and maintain productivity during peak hours Ensure compliance with all health department and company requirements Support hiring, onboarding, and team development efforts Create a positive and energetic work environment Requirements Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical restaurant duties What We Expect We are looking for leaders who: Show up on time and set the example for the team Take ownership instead of making excuses Hold themselves and others accountable Remain calm and professional under pressure Are willing to work alongside the crew during busy periods Focus on delivering a great guest experience every shift Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Join Us?
