Job Description

Clouds Storm Cellar, 157 E Franklin Street, is looking for a new General Manager to train under existing manager and take over operations. Our existing manager is being relocated to our downtown Raleigh location, so we need to fill this position as soon as possible. With two years of growth already, we are a new bar, but with a proven track record of growth We are on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic General Manager to lead our bar team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize performance, and uphold the highest standards of quality and customer service. If you thrive in a lively environment and have a knack for managing hospitality teams, this is your chance to make a real impact. Duties Oversee all operations to ensure smooth daily functioning. Lead staff hiring, training, and development to cultivate a motivated and skilled team. Manage inventory control. In charge of ordering and stocking. Work with Social media team to coordinate events. Including booking bands and other fun events to happen at the location to drive traffic. Book and manage group events/reservations Foster a welcoming atmosphere by delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly. Basically, keep he underage kids under control. They will be customers at some point. Skills Proven experience in bar management. IF you have never been a manager at a bar do not apply Strong leadership skills Ability to analyze financial data such as profit & loss statements and manage budgets effectively. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate between kitchen staff, front-of-house team, and suppliers.
Pay:
$38,124.85 - $55,021.32 per year
