Job Description

Job Overview We are expanding our existing food and entertainment venue to a new concept in the final stages of development. Be a part of something unique and exciting! We are seeking energetic and dynamic Food and Beverage Managers to assist in leading our hospitality team and elevate the guest experience across our dining establishments. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional food quality and service standards, and foster a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, uphold food safety protocols, and inspire a team committed to delivering memorable culinary experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about hospitality management and food service excellence. Duties Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, bar service, and banquet functions Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and control costs Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes Implement shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels and ensure smooth service flow during busy periods Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure efficient food preparation, timely delivery, and quality assurance Qualifications Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety practices Familiarity with POS systems including Toast; experience with cash handling procedures Strong background in food service management within casual dining, fine dining, or hotel settings Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, training & development, and staff interviewing processes Experience overseeing inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis in a hospitality setting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally Knowledge of culinary operations including kitchen management and food production processes Ability to manage multiple shifts efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Hospitality industry experience with a focus on restaurant management or catering services is highly desirable Join us as a Food and Beverage Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences.
