Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef and Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team with passion, precision, and innovation. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, to ensure seamless kitchen operations Develop and refine innovative menus that highlight culinary excellence and meet guest expectations Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to uphold the highest standards of taste and visual appeal Manage inventory control, food ordering, and cost management to optimize resources and reduce waste Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and dietary guidelines across all kitchen activities Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with meticulous planning and execution Oversee shift management, scheduling staff rotations to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and high morale Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness to ensure operational efficiency Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments Proven supervisory experience leading diverse kitchen teams with effective leadership skills Expertise in menu planning, food production, and food service management Strong knowledge of dietary requirements, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards Experience managing inventory control, food handling, and cost optimization strategies Ability to coordinate catering events including banquet service with precision and professionalism Excellent communication skills for team management, training, and customer interaction Familiarity with restaurant management systems and shift scheduling tools Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced hospitality settings while maintaining attention to detail Join us as our Head Chef and Kitchen Manager to craft extraordinary culinary experiences while leading a passionate team dedicated to excellence.
