Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth service flow Operate POS system Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety protocols across all food handling activities Slicing required (Meats, Cheese and Veggies) Skills Proven experience in food service management, including supervising teams in quick service Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training Ability to handle cash accurately Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with hospitality management principles including shift management, food handling, and restaurant operations Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience within the food industry is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
