Job Description
Description We're looking for a driven and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations and team. In this role, you'll set the tone for the guest experience, grow and develop a high-performing team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll collaborate closely with other leaders and play a key role in delivering consistent excellence to our guests and staff. What You'll Do Lead and inspire a team that lives out our values and culture Hire, train, mentor, and manage team members Ensure an exceptional guest experience every shift Manage restaurant financials and achieve performance goals Oversee labor and scheduling to maximize productivity Partner with marketing on local store initiatives Drive a positive and safe work environment Monitor inventory and control food and labor costs Uphold all company policies and ensure regulatory compliance Be hands-on in daily operations - from FOH to BOH Requirements What We're Looking For 5+ years of restaurant management experience (casual or fine dining) Proven leadership and team development skills Strong communication and decision-making abilities Experience with POS systems, restaurant software, and Excel (preferred) Understanding of P&L and key restaurant metrics Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
