Job Description

As the Back of House Manager at Chick-fil-A South Hickory, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality food production through precision and accuracy. You will be responsible for observing and implementing rigorous quality•assurance and food-safety procedures. This position is Full-time and offers a dynamic environment where your leadership and facilities management skills will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Manage Kitchen operations efficiently and effectively. Lead and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Implement and monitor food safety and cleanliness guidelines. Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in food production. Help to maintain a positive culture.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a casual dining restaurant, with a track record in leadership and facilities management. Previous roles such as manager, supervisor, crew lead, assistant manager, or kitchen manager are highly desirable. Demonstrated consistency, reliability, and a cheerful positive attitude. Strong commitment to teamwork and a passion for serving and helping others. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.

Starting at $18•20 /
